Maya Tulum Yoga Retreat

The Maya Tulum Yoga Bootcamp retreat will consist of two yoga classes a day, the first a heat building Vinyasa Flow and the second a more posture specific class where guests will have the opportunity to practice challenging postures through the use of props and specific instruction. For those interested in a more fitness oriented experience, or who want to lose a significant amount of weight, there will be optional beach runs in the mornings as well as Play Fit sessions in the afternoons. For guests that are looking for a more internal experience, there will be guided meditation before yoga in the mornings and plenty of personal time to write, lounge or rest quietly in the afternoons. There will be three buffet style meals a day, all created with wellness in mind from fresh local fare by our gourmet chef, and there are optional mind-blowingly beautiful and exhilarating excursions offered throughout the week.
