Yoga Basics

This class was created to give you a healthy foundation for a strong yoga practice.  You will learn to move through a series of yoga poses that will stretch, tone, and flex muscles throughout your entire body. Emphasis is on alignment, breath, and fun!  You don’t have to know anything about yoga to jump into this class.  We will teach you how to safely and effectively tone your body and clear your mind.  The results are immediate and everyone can benefit from the basics.
