Our studio is steeped in the tradition of Power yoga. Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa flow Yoga. This style of practice is a combination of Ashtanga and Iyengar methods– one being more alignment based and one more rigorous. Though, unlike Ashtanga, power yoga does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely. Both Athletes and those new to yoga can feel right at home in our classes as each posture has variations to suit the practitioner. Regardless of your age, weight, fitness level or injuries, our classes will help you meet your goals and discover radiant health and wellbeing.
